Montgomeryshire Angling Association Description:

Montgomeryshire Angling Association has fishing on the rivers Banwy, Camlad, Severn and Vyrnwy, the Montgomery Canal and on Moel y Garth Pools.

River Banwy – brown trout, grayling, chub.

River Camlad – fishes for trout, chub, dace and eels.

River Severn – has salmon, brown trout, grayling, barbel, chub, dace, roach, perch and pike.

River Vyrnwy – brown trout, grayling, barbel, chub, pike and dace.

Montgomery Canal – perch, roach, pike, tench, carp, rudd and bream.

Moel Y Garth Pools – two pools with roach, perch, carp, tench, rudd and bream.
